1. You have been arrested OR convicted of a felony within the last 20 years.
2. Any theft or fraud conviction within the last 20 years
3. Any arrest or conviction for a crime of violence
4. Convicted of Domestic Violence
5. Any arrest or conviction related to a weapons violation
6. Arrest or conviction of making false statements
7. Arrest or conviction for any drug offense
8. Multiple arrests and/or convictions for alcohol related offenses within the last 10 years
9. Failure to pass a drug test     

 A complete background check is performed on all persons considered for employment including the Tennessee Bureau of Criminal Investigations. Failure to disclose any arrest or conviction is grounds for immediate termination of employment.
